Wellness & Vitality for the Whole Family: Pets and People

A morning of care for every member of your family, two-legged and four-legged. I’ll be offering traditional limpias, and my dad will be offering sobadas, alongside fellow practitioners and vets: free vet exams, pet dental screenings, osteopathic mini sessions, intuitive energy healing and more.

Traditional cleansings, offered in community, to release what you’ve been carrying and leave lighter.

Intentional space for women to be witnessed, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Yoga + Reiki

Movement and energy work together, to come back into your body and settle your nervous system.

Workshops & retreats

Deeper experiences with fellow practitioners and community partners, from half-days to weekend camps.
